The GCC extends its congratulations to Club Ambassador Lee Troop who completed his third Olympic Marathon in 60th place .... WELL DONE TROOPY!

The 35-year-old has had a cursed history in Olympic marathons, battling in Athens four years ago to 28th place with what was later diagnosed as a pelvic stress fracture. At the 2000 Sydney Games, he tore a stomach muscle midway through the marathon and finished 66th.
